Our Core Commercial Catering Appliances 1 (COMCAT1) course is for experienced operatives who wish to undertake installation, commissioning, exchange, disconnection, servicing and repairs of non-domestic atmospheric burner appliances including boiling burners; open and solid top ranges; stockpot stoves; hotplates and more.
Progression:
This qualification will enable you to work in the commercial catering field.
Upon completion of the course you will be able to undertake installation, commission, exchange, disconnect, service, repair, and breakdown of non-domestic atmospheric burner appliances.
